Melanie Smith's extensive career spans executive HR leadership roles within some of the world’s most innovative and respected organizations, including UnitedHealth Group, Optum, ADP, 3M, Target, Savvy Sherpa/Optum Labs, and DiaMedica. This deep, diverse background has provided her with a unique perspective, allowing her to understand firsthand what truly drives success—and what hinders it—across industries ranging from biotech and life sciences to R&D and complex Fortune 500 environments.
